NEOM & Tabuk
Northlane Solutions supplies and installs helipads, obstruction lighting and airfield ground lighting across NEOM, Oxagon and Tabuk Province. Remote sites can run on solar-powered lights ahead of grid power, winter freezes are specified for, and delivery is quoted from the supplier's point of shipment with the long road leg shown separately.
A new aviation network
NEOM is building its own aviation network. NEOM Bay Airport serves the NEOM coast, Tabuk Regional Airport serves the city, and helicopters are a practical link between Oxagon, Sindalah, the THE LINE enabling sites and Trojena in the mountains. Each new helipad, crane and tower on these sites needs lighting and marking, often before a grid connection exists.
Oxagon adds port cranes, tall industrial structures and a green hydrogen plant, and each tall structure or crane near a flight path is assessed for obstruction lighting. Tabuk city also has King Faisal Air Base, so structure heights near the airfield are checked against its surfaces.
Remote power and cold
Many early-phase sites have no permanent grid. Solar-powered LED obstruction lights and helipad lighting with battery storage run standalone. Solar sizing uses winter, not summer, sun hours, and batteries are rated for freezing nights at Tabuk and in the mountains near Trojena. Desert sand applies inland and salt applies on the Red Sea coast.
Packages and delivery
Principal contractors release work package by package, and the drawings change as master plans are revised, so each quote names the revision it prices.
Delivery is quoted from the supplier's point of shipment. Fixtures bound for the coast usually clear at a Red Sea port such as Duba, because the road from Jeddah is about 1,000 km and from Riyadh over 1,200 km. Each leg is its own line.

We quote delivery from the supplier's point of shipment, usually through a Red Sea port, and price the last road leg separately. Drops are phased against the contractor's sequence so fixtures are not left exposed on site.
